Plant Information: Inzatsu 131: full name Shizu-Inzatsu 131, a hybrid of a Japanese variety and Manipuli 15, an Assam tea tree introduced to Japan in the early 1920s; developed at the Shizuoka Prefecture research centre but never officially registered as a cultivar, and parent of the later cultivars Sofu, Fuji-kaori, and Kiyoka.
