The liquor looks a soft and pale yellow, with an equally modest aroma. It lands just as gentle, and does not stall, immediately delivering creaminess with notes that remind of soy milk. The central progression is a gentle passing and spreading out of the same tastes, before ending in what initially resembles a restrained gentle swell, before playfully backpedaling into a fade before it can peak. The liquid is perceived by the mouth as sweet enough to pierce the teeth, yet light enough as a soy milk is only modestly sweet. The slightest hint of spice remains after finish, and there is no bitterness or astringency. The second steep comes as a richer, bodier version of the first. The taste of soy milk and cream mingle well in the center, a stage that feels as one they take to present themselves fully, before teasing at finish with a swell that almost happens entirely. Sweetness is now more holistically absorbed into the core profile to be noticed distinctly, and still there is neither bitterness nor astringency, nor any noticeable escalation of the spicy settler taste.
